About
We are inviting all filmmakers to send their short format works in all genres with a duration of maximum 30 minutes to the second edition of Valga Hot Shorts film festival happening in Valga 18 – 20 July. Animations, documentaries and feature films will all be much appreciated. The theme of this year’s festival is “The Paradox of Adapting” so we are looking for stories that deal with the challenges and possibilities of adapting in a world of rapid change.
